Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. website, purchasing tickets, or attending any NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. production, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Event Attendance

NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. are all-ages, substance-free events. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you agree to the following:

  • You will not bring or consume alcohol, illicit drugs, tobacco, or vaping products on event premises.
  • You will treat all attendees, staff, and performers with respect.
  • You will follow the directions of NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. staff and venue security at all times.
  • You consent to bag checks and security screening at entry.
  • You understand that violation of these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.

3. Tickets and Purchases

All ticket sales are processed through our secure payment partner. Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, in which case our Refund Policy will apply.

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Once purchased, a ticket constitutes a contract between the holder and NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. subject to these terms.

4. Photography and Media

By attending a NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. production, you grant NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use photographs and video captured at the event for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please notify staff at entry.

5. Limitation of Liability

NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of attendees. However, you attend events at your own risk. NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. is not liable for loss, injury, or damage to personal property unless caused by our direct negligence.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
