Refund Policy

Overview
NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund experience. We understand that circumstances change, and we've designed this policy with that in mind.
Standard Refunds
More than 14 days before the event
Full refund, including any booking fees, processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
7–14 days before the event
50% refund. The remainder covers non-recoverable costs already incurred for your booking.
Less than 7 days before the event
Refunds not available, except in the circumstances described below.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If NorthStar Events Pty. Ltd. cancels an event for any reason:
- You will receive a full refund including all fees within 10 business days
- You will be notified via the email used during purchase
If an event is postponed, you may choose to retain your ticket for the new date or request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
Exceptional Circumstances
We consider refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis for documented exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness, bereavement). Contact us as soon as possible with supporting documentation.
Removal from Events
Attendees removed from events for violation of our Terms of Service (including our substance-free policy) are not entitled to a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email tickets@northstarevents.com.au with your order number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
